About K-Rambles
K-Rambles started with a simple problem: Korea's best travel information — the neighborhood everyone actually eats at, the bus that actually gets you there, the shop that's still open — mostly exists in Korean, buried in Naver blogs and map reviews that never make it into English guides.
So we go looking for it. Every piece on this site starts with the Korean-language sources locals actually use, then gets checked against what English-speaking travelers report finding once they get there — before it's written up here.
Right now K-Rambles is entirely about Busan. That's deliberate — better to get one city right than spread thin across ten. As Busan coverage grows, we plan to bring the same approach to other Korean cities that don't get the tourist-guide treatment they deserve.
Some articles include affiliate links (clearly marked) to booking platforms like KKday — if you book through them, K-Rambles earns a small commission at no extra cost to you. That's disclosed wherever it applies, not buried in fine print.
